Advanced online tickets now available – a perfect Christmas gift idea!

Chatsworth, home of the Duke and Duchess of Devonshire, is one of the country’s most spectacular settings for the International Horse Trials which will take place on Friday, Saturday and Sunday, 11th, 12th and 13th May.  Once again the world’s leading riders are expected to compete at this prestigious event.

Three exciting days of great equestrian sport combined with fun entertainment for all the family in the beautiful surroundings of Chatsworth Park on the banks of the river Derwent.
This event is now firmly established as one of the leading events in the equestrian calendar and has been invited to host the only UK round of the FEI World Cup TM  -  this  will run  alongside the established Advanced level competition on the Saturday and Sunday.
Provisional timetable:
Friday, 11th May – Gates open at 8 am
9.30 am Dubarry Burghley Young Event Horse 4 year old qualifier
1.30 pm Dubarry Burghley Young Event Horse 5 year old qualifier
Saturday 12th May – Gates open at 8 am
Novice and CIC 1*
8.30 am Dressage, 9.30 am Show Jumping, 10.30 am Cross Country
Advanced/CIC3*    FEI  World Cup TM  Eventing
10 am Dressage

Sunday, 13th May Gates open at 8 am
Advanced/CIC3* FEI  World Cup TM  Eventing
9 am Dressage
9 am Show Jumping
10.30 am Cross Country
The finale of the UK round of the FEI World Cup TM  Eventing
will be the Show Jumping phase in the main arena, run in reverse order of merit
Special attractions – something for all the family!
As well as Dressage, Show Jumping and Cross Country there are many arena attractions.
On the Friday see the ‘stars’ of the future in the Dubarry Burghley Young Event Horse qualifiers and on the Saturday and Sunday enjoy all the favourites including: Pony Club mounted games; Ferret Racing; John Halstead and his top gundogs; Dressage demonstrations and birds of prey displays and for the children – Punch & Judy,  Maypole dancing, Face painting, the exciting simulator and children’s rides.
There will be over 100 quality trade stands and two Craft marquees selling an amazing selection of country clothing, equestrian products, fashion accessories, delicious food and much, much more!

Full catering, fast food outlets and bar facilities will be available throughout the event.

Discounted tickets available in advance at www.chatsworth.org/horsetrials including a Saturday and Sunday 2 day adult ticket at £22 and child ticket at £7 which are only available online.
Saturday £13 per adult, £4 per child (under 14),     Sunday £15 per adult, £5per child (under 14) under 5s are free.  There will be a £2 charge for car parking.

Membership/Members enclosure

Membership offers an enhanced experience with exclusive access to the  ringside Members’ area, providing relaxed surroundings where refreshments are available with a licensed bar, garden and private toilets. Member’s badges must be pre-booked and are available when booking online tickets. Friday £10; Saturday £12; Sunday, £15.
Daily admission tickets are required for entry to the Event.  Members’ badges on  their own will not gain entry.
